Write to the editors

There is no form on this site, and no mailing list. One email address reaches the people who write the pages.

The address

Write to [email protected]. It reaches the people who write and check the pages, and nobody else.

There is deliberately no contact form here. A form that posts nowhere is worse than no form, and a form that collects details about your teeth or your policy is a data-protection problem we have no reason to create. Email is slower and honest.

What is worth writing about

A figure that looks wrong. Quote the sentence and the page. Every number on this site names the document it came from and the date it was read, so a disagreement is usually settled by re-reading the source — which we will do.

A plan document we should read. If a published brochure, evidence of coverage or schedule of benefits explains something better than the ones we quote, send the link. Documents anyone can open are worth more to this site than documents we would have to describe second-hand.

A dead link or a page that behaves badly on your phone. Tell us which page and which device. These get fixed.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you whether a plan is right for you, and we cannot read your policy for you. We are not licensed to advise on insurance, and a page of general explanation is not a substitute for the schedule of benefits with your name on it — your plan's own member services line is the place to ask what yours covers.

We also cannot answer anything clinical. If something in your mouth hurts, is swollen, is bleeding and will not stop, or is making it hard to swallow or breathe, that is a matter for a dentist or urgent medical care today, not for email.

What happens to your message

Your email is read, answered where we can answer it, and kept only while that exchange is live. It is not added to any list, because there is no list, and it is not passed to anyone. The privacy page says the same thing at more length.
